Exciting Update: Xstream Travel Is Moving to TLN’s Agent Profiler Platform

Xstream Travel is excited to announce an important update designed to help our agents grow their business and connect with more potential clients. We are transitioning from websites created through XstreamCRM/ClientEase to Travel Leaders Network’s Agent Profiler platform.

This change is a major opportunity for Xstream agents. As our consortia, Travel Leaders Network offers access to a powerful lead-generating website platform that can help increase visibility, showcase your travel expertise, and bring new client inquiries directly to you.

The biggest benefit of this transition is simple: Agent Profiler is designed to help generate leads. Your profile can highlight your specialties, destinations, supplier certifications, experience, and travel knowledge so potential clients can better understand who you are and why they should book with you.

A strong Agent Profiler profile can help you:

  • Increase your exposure to potential clients
  • Showcase your travel specialties and certifications
  • Build credibility with travelers
  • Receive new client inquiries
  • Promote your expertise through a professional online profile
  • Share your profile using links, QR codes, and other marketing tools

To get the most from this new platform, agents should complete their profile fully, add a professional photo, include detailed specialties, keep contact information current, and respond quickly to any leads received. A complete and keyword-rich profile can make a big difference in how visible and professional your page appears to potential clients.

Please note that websites created through XstreamCRM/ClientEase will be deactivated after July 10, 2026. Agents should begin the transition as soon as possible to avoid any interruption and to take advantage of the lead-generation opportunities available through TLN’s Agent Profiler platform.

Once your registration is approved and your profile is completed, Xstream will publish your Agent Profiler profile so you can begin using it and sharing it with potential clients.

Transition to TLN’s Agent Profiler Platform

A new lead-generating website platform will replace websites via ClientEase. Xstream will use TLN’s agent profiler as the new website and lead generation provider. Don’t wait! Our migration deadline is July 10, 2026. Websites created through XstreamCRM (ClientEase) will be deactivated after this date.

Registration Process for TLN’s Agent Universe

Agents must register and get approval to access the new platform. - Register at https://agentprofiler.travelleaders.com/registration.aspx using your Xstream email. - Enter your details and select "REGISTER AS AN INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR." - Create an account by clicking "Create Account." - Xstream will review and approve your registration. - Upon approval, you will receive an email titled "AGENT PROFILER - REGISTRATION APPROVED." - Log in to Agent Universe using the link in the email with your credentials.

Steps to Complete and Launch Agent Profiler Profile

Agents need to set up their profiles to maximize lead generation. - Log into Agent Universe, navigate to Marketing > Agent Profiler Overview. - Review the Agent Profiler overview page for benefits and information. - Complete your profile by filling out "My Specialities" (interests, suppliers, destinations). - Edit your bio to include keywords, certifications, experience, and specialties. - A complete, keyword-rich profile improves visibility and credibility. - Benefits include increased inquiries, showcasing expertise, building credibility, and more exposure. - Follow best practices: complete all sections, add a professional photo, list specialties and certifications, keep contact info current, respond quickly to leads, and update regularly.

Publishing and Sharing Your Agent Profile

Once your profile is fully completed, Xstream will publish it. - After publishing, you can start receiving leads. - Sharing your profile enhances visibility and lead opportunities.
